Lawrence (Larry) Hawkins, MBA, Ph.D. (candidate), Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO) has provided C-level leadership for 12 years and a further 18 years’ experience in increasingly responsible management and leadership in diversified industries, including finance, real estate, telecommunications, and retail. Larry’s track record demonstrates a remarkable capacity to launch, build, grow, and operate businesses by harnessing a breadth of leadership competencies including strategic planning and implementation, change management, people and team development, financial and budgetary management, marketing, and cost containment. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters’ in Business Administration, both from the University of Florida. In addition, Larry is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. A long-time resident of Southeast Florida, he has served on the Executive Association of the West Palm Beach District, the University of Florida’s President’s Council, and is a well-regarded member of the business community.

Ronen Gershon, Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO) has a proven record of creating and leading business at the international level across diverse sectors, including residential and commercial real estate, and finance. Ronen has provided executive leadership to diverse organizations including most recently for Q Investments where he serves as Chief Executive Officer. For over 26 years, he successfully developed, managed, and invested in projects around the world. His success is greatly due to his motivation to leave a memorable impression for generations to come on anything he gets involved with. His portfolio of work includes building and developing a 35,000 SF shopping center with 860 shops in Cyprus, as well as building over 4,000 single-family homes in the United States. His goal is to make dreams a reality for his clients and he believes in doing whatever it takes to make each client’s dream come true. For Ronen’s failure is never an option and his track record of successful projects is a clear testament to his beliefs.

Seamas Lagann brings over 20 years’ experience in the restructure, development and management of startup and small companies in both the private and public sector. Mr. Lagan was initially retained by Medytox in May 2011 to find a new business opportunity and has been instrumental in forming the structure of and securing the funding for Medytox to develop its current business plan. Seamas has also been the CEO of the two main subsidiaries since their inception, one that manages the sales and marketing efforts and also a separate subsidiary that enters into agreement with or completes the acquisitions and development of Clinical Laboratories.

ROBERT C. FOSTER – CPA INTERRIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Robert (Bob) C. Foster, CPA and Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) holds a Florida CPA license and has 18 years of experience in the accounting field, including 10 years with two national accounting firms. Projects that he has executed for clients include obtaining increased bank financing, acquisition of an industrial park, implementing budgeting processes and financial reporting for businesses that range from startups to $150 million in revenue. While working in public accounting, Bob provided audit services to a variety of clients, including distributors, manufacturers, real estate, and healthcare, as well as working on numerous consulting projects. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland, and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
JOHN LEATHERMAN – CHIEF PROGAM OFFICER
John Leatherman, M.ED., Ph.D. (candidate), Chief Program Officer (CPO), has 20+ years leadership experience in Behavioral Health Services. For seven years, John served as Director of Emergency Services for a crisis center in an emergency department setting directing a 30-member clinical team, which annually served more than 4,000 clients with substance abuse and mental health crises. He is a recognized expert in accreditation, staff training and development, performance improvement processes, and risk management protocols.
For four years, John was Senior Director of the nation’s largest Child Advocacy Center in New York City overseeing the provision of services to more than 3,500 children and adolescents annually who were victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse. As Senior Director, John led a 100 member multidisciplinary team of law enforcement, prosecutors, child protective staff, a medical team, and a mental health team. John has provided behavioral health service consultation to international delegations from Beijing, Italy, Norway, and the U.S.
In addition to consulting behavioral health organizations for 10 years, John has been a faculty member from 2008 to 2015 at Lehman College of Brooklyn, NY, Queens College of Queens, New York, and Mercy College of Dobbs Ferry, NY, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, and organizational psychology. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, a Masters’ Degree in Counseling Psychology with a clinical emphasis from Temple University, and is currently completing his Ph.D. in organizational leadership with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with an expected graduation date of June 2015.
EMILIO J. DUBOY – MD, CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER/MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Emilio J. Duboy, MD, Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director, is a Florida licensed and DEA licensed physician with 32 years’ experience treating a broad range of substance abuse and psychiatric disorders for children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Duboy has provided medical leadership to inpatient and outpatient substance abuse and behavioral health facilities, including detoxification facilities. He is highly regarded for his expertise in diagnosing and treating behavioral health problems and disorders. Dr. Duboy has a robust private practice, where he provides psychiatric treatment, therapy, and oversees medication management to clients with diverse substance abuse and behavioral health needs. Dr. Duboy graduated from the University of Central Del Este (uce), Fac De Med, San Pedro De Macoris, in the Dominican Republic in 1983. He works in West Palm Beach, Florida and two other locations and specializes in Psychiatry. Dr.Duboy is affiliated with Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute, Martin Medical Center and West Palm Hospital. He speaks English, Spanish, and Tagalog.
JEANNIE ZBARSKY – CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Jeannie Zbarsky, Clinical Director, holds a Bachelor of Public Administration and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, Jeannie is a Certified Addiction Professional and she maintains an International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium credential. Jeannie has worked in the field of mental health for seven years.
Prior to focusing on the specialty of addiction, she provided therapy and education for children with developmental disabilities. She has facilitated multiple trainings and seminars in the fields of addiction and co-occurring disorders. Jeannie’s experience comprises all levels of care, at multiple treatment facilities. Jeannie’s therapeutic style is based on a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Family Systems.
Jeannie is certified in Post Induction Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She has personal experience with addiction recovery.
ELAINE WELLS – SENIOR CLINICAL RESEARCHER AND SECTOR ANALYST
Elaine Wells, M.A., M.L.S., A.H.I.P. (D)., Senior Clinical Research and Sector Analyst. Elaine Wells is a recognized medical and health information and research analyst professional with 18 years of leadership experience. She holds the title of Professor and Director of the Kohn Vision Science Library at the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City. She conducts and facilitates research in health and medicine for leading scholars, faculty members, practitioners, and graduate students across medical and healthcare disciplines. In addition, Elaine consults and lectures to diverse providers on incorporating and fully integrating electronic resources into patient care and locating, analyzing, and utilizing evidence-based medical sources. She is an officer of the Association of Vision Science Librarians, and a leader of both the national organization and the local chapter of the Medical Library Association. She holds a Master of Library Science degree from Rutgers University, and a BA and MA from Montclair State University. Elaine is a Distinguished Member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals, the credentialing body of the Medical Library Association.
DAVID CARUSO – DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS
David Caruso, Director of Acquisitions/Broker Associate brings 15 years’ experience in commercial banking, business-to-business sales management, and residential and commercial real estate sales. As Director of Acquisitions, David utilizes his expansive network of c-class executives, investors, and leaders across sectors to drive QHS acquisition initiatives and negotiations.
David’s dual degrees in Business Management and Production and Operations Management as well as his past experience in the banking industry and as a sales manager for a world leading business-to-business summit, have given him the knowledge and vision to excel in the real estate industry. As a Broker, David has an eye for detail, an approachable personality, and a fierce determination to get his clients what they want.
